Welcome to your home away from home while enjoying your camping fun in this beautiful, updated 2004 Forest River Sandpiper 27RLSS.  This 5th wheel has been well taken care of and has been updated throughout.   A front door handle has been added for convenience with a screen protector added for protection from those little ones and fur babies.  The 2 leather chairs (one a recliner and the other a comfortable rocker) and hide a bed sofa in the slide allows plenty of conversation area. The sofa was modernized with a soft, stretchy cover.  Moving into the kitchen the booth seats have bright and cheery covers that match the updated valances and curtains. The area can be made into a nice little bed. Peel and stick tile was added to give a homey feel on the kitchen backsplash.  It has an excellent microwave, 4 burner stove with an oven. The refrigerator can run on either propane or electric. And the faucet was updated to bring that modern feeling into the kitchen.  The split bathroom has a pretty little shower curtain and the peel and stick wallpaper gives it a modern feel.  The bedroom is equipped with a lift kit for the queen size bed.  There are two closets on either side of the bed and a full closet with 3 drawers leading into the bedroom. This camper has a hot/cold outside shower, electric front jacks, an Onan 2500 generator, 2 propane tanks, and the back bumper holds the sewer hose.  It also has a hitch and connection harness.  One side of the camper does have a sunburn, but it's been kept washed and waxed. The other side is still beautiful.  Both the awnings (slide topper and patio) were replaced in 2025.  New tires and wheel bearings were done in spring of 2025.  Salina RV rebuilt and reskinned the back panel in the spring of 2024 due to a leak at the corner of the roof. They fixed that problem and they found no more leaks. All owner manuals are organized and readily available to answer any questions on the components of this camper.  All in all this has been a terrific camper to go to the lake. 

Camper is available to look at, but the slide will not be available to extend since the battery will not be hooked up. We will inform the public when it's available to look at with electric and battery hooked up.
