Information Technology Director- IT Department:  FLSA Exempt; Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience with a range of $73,257/year -$115,814/year.  Opportunity for pay increase after 6 months.

This position is full-time benefits eligible, and on-site in Hays, KS with an Ellis County residency requirement.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, management information systems, or business administration with emphasis in information technology or five years of experience as systems analyst or computer programmer
• Meet and maintain Kansas Criminal Justice Information System’s (KCJIS) access requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Public Manager (CPM) Certification – to be completed within 2 years of employment
• G0300 – Intermediate Incident Command Course for Expanding Incidents
• Cybersecurity certifications, training, or experience is preferred
