FN manufactured these M16 CIVILIAN LEGAL rifles with modified lowers so they cannot shoot fully automatic or "select-fire". They are semi-automatic rifles = civilian legal. These are 100% military specification rifles and have parts interchangeability with the issue M16 rifle and will pass any/all milspec inspection EXCEPT the lower has been manufactured so it will not not not shoot fully automatic. The select switch does have "SAFE", "SEMI", AND "AUTO" but will not move into the "AUTO" position. These military issue rifles have the period correct KAC Knight's Armament Company M5 RAS Adapter rail with rail adapter covers and the KAC adjustable rear iron sight and the Knight's forward grip along with the proper UID label.
