Rooks County Health Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help patients of all ages achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize function and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and home programs.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as assigned and maintain timely, accurate documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Kansas Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Kansas licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
