HELP WANTED
Office Manager / Payroll Manager Small, established local business in Salina, KS seeks a reliable, detail-oriented professional to run our office and handle all payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations
- Full-cycle payroll processing for 40+ employees (hourly + salaried)
- Track time/attendance
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes and quarterly reports
- Handle basic bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations (QuickBooks experience required)
- Serve as primary contact for employees on payroll
- Light HR duties (onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee files)
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in office management and/or payroll processing
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
- Familiarity with current federal and state payroll regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Professional and friendly demeanor
This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) with competitive pay. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.
