This cart has never been hitched and always shedded.
It does as a few tiny scratches from being moved around but otherwise in brandnew condition. 
It has the newer style pole/shaft attachement, both a single pole for team and single hitch, brakes, bench seat, torsion axles, a reciever hitch, and a black metal basket that is not pictures that attaches to the reciever, 15 inch tires. This is full, big, draft size and is not suitable for Haflinger or Quarterhorse sized horses. 
I am selling because the horses have been sold.
