Farm Hand / Equipment Operator

Mike Braun Farms is seeking a dependable, motivated Farm Hand to assist with day-to-day operations

on our irrigated row crop farm. This position involves equipment operation, maintenance, and irrigation

support. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can operate independently as

well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor irrigation systems, including sprinkler pivots

- Maintain, service, and repair farm equipment as needed

- Operate tractors and equipment, primarily John Deere

- Assist with general irrigated row crop operations

- Troubleshoot mechanical and irrigation issues in the field

- Perform routine upkeep and preventative maintenance

- Safely operate farm and company vehicles

Requirements:

- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

- Good driving record

- Experience or working knowledge of irrigated row crop operations

- Familiarity with sprinkler pivots and irrigation systems

- Experience operating and maintaining John Deere equipment

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded

Compensation & Benefits:
