This Henry revolver is hardly used, less than 100 rounds, chambered in .357 Magnum/.38 Special, bought new a couple years ago on GunBroker. It has a 4" barrel and a 6-round capacity, with a polished blue steel finish.
Rear sight: fixed notch. Front sight: interchangeable blade (2 extra blade sights included). Gray laminate hand grips were installed and the original brown grips can be put back on if desired. 
DeSantis holster designed specifically for the Henry Big Boy revolver is ambidextrous and compatible with belts up to 1 3/4".
