The oil pan gasket is leaking and therefore the price has been dropped. The leak is not that bad but noticeable once the car is parked for a long period of time. It is an inexpensive part but takes some labor to replace. We will wholesale the car as is for $4,000. If you want the repair fixed we can sell it for $5,500 and have the gasket replaced with deposit.
