• Serviced October 2025: Removed/washed/inspected the bearings and races. All were in good condition, so they were reinstalled with fresh grease and new seals. Next we cleaned and inspected the brakes. The wires on the front/left had been severed and brakes were not working. We reconnected the wires and brakes all worked. They were in good condition; we adjusted them. We inspected the tires and aired them to 85 PSI. We replaced the rubber dust cap plugs. Next we inspected the lights-all were working. We inspected the safety chains, coupler and break-away; no apparent issues were visible. We greased the jack and hinges. Next we inspected broken and popped welds. All were covered under the warranty and were repaired. Trailer traded in Jan 2026: Everything inspected and working. Replaced one gate roller on rear gate. The trailer is ready to go!
