• Sellers are contractually obligated not to bid on their items
• Payment: Due the due after the auction by 5:00 PM. Late fees of $25 per day apply to past-due balances. Pay at our office from 10AM-5:00PM
• Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, ACH (electronic check, takes 24 hours to process - can pick up items after), Credit Card up to $3,000 (3% Fee), Wire Transfer ($20 Fee). Please call our office at 308-455-4410 if you would like ACH or Wire Transfer Instructions.
• Picking up items: items are to be picked up the day following the auction from 10AM-5:00PM at our auction yard.
• All Items Are Sold As-Is Where-Is. No Returns or Refunds.
