Southwind is seeking dedicated and skilled PRN Night Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) to become valued members of our compassionate care team in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, safe, effective, and ethical nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards of practice
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Monitor residents' conditions, support recovery, and implement health screening and preventive care measures
• Deliver person-centered care that prioritizes dignity, comfort, and quality of life for older adults
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident well-being
• Perform additional organizational duties related to resident care as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills with demonstrated competency in geriatric and skilled nursing care
• Deep understanding of the importance of quality of life and person-centered care for elders
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining high standards of clinical practice
• Ability to work independently during night shift while contributing to a supportive team environment
