Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, children, and families? We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and help support patients facing mental health, substance use, and life-impacting challenges.

💙 What You’ll Do:

• Provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
• Connect patients with community resources and healthcare services
• Collaborate with civic, governmental, and community organizations
• Support patients through life transitions, trauma, and ongoing challenges
• Work with both adult and pediatric populations

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW license in the State of Kansas
• Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-centered approach
• Experience preferred, but newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
