Description
This is a nice original Marlin model 1894 rifle in 25-20 caliber with a special order extra length 28 inch half octagon half round barrel made approximately 1910-12 I say approximately because its serial number is after the known factory records so I asked some people that are familiar with these old Marlins and that is what I was told. The lockup is tight and the bore has good rifling with some frosting but should shoot fine. A nice collector piece being a special order gun or take it out and play with it.
