This was issued between 1991 and 2003. It is In uncirculated condition. It features Saddam Hussein on the front. Bank notes from this era were withdrawn from circulation in January 2004. It is located in McPherson Kansas. I am listing other Iraqi cash. Please check the listings. I am willing to ship with payment through Venmo or PayPal. Shipping will be five dollars.
