Description Antique clear glass bottle embossed with Ridenour-Baker Grocery Co., Kansas City, MO. From the late 1800's or early 1900's. This small apothecary-style bottle measures approximately 5.5 inches tall and features a rounded rectangular base. A great early regional advertising bottle that displays well and fits nicely into antique bottle or Kansas City memorabilia collections.
The Ridenour- Baker Grocery Co. was established in 1858 in Lawrence, Kansas, and relocated to Kansas City, Missouri in 1878. The company operated in Kansas City until it dissolved in 1936.
