38' 2005 DRV Suites Luxury Mobile Suites Fifth Wheel – towable and ready to be hauled away!

This is a fixer-upper / project / salvage unit. Being sold strictly AS-IS.

Known issues:

  • Furnace does not work (likely just needs a new part)
  • Air conditioners do not work (unknown reason)
  • Water heater does not work (needs replaced)
  • Wood beneath exterior siding is soft in areas

Interior will NOT include furniture, cabinet doors, microwave, and a few other items.
