Description
5 year old Jersey milk cow with a nice 4 month old heifer calf. Calf is half dexter and cow is full Jersey. Cow is very tame and gentle. Walks right into the stanchion to be milked and doesn't kick. Not a huge milk producer currently but good for a small family. We separate the two for 8-10 hours if we want to milk. We only take a half gallon off at a milking but there is definitely more there. We (the kids) just do it for fun and definitely aren't trying to maximize production. Would make someone a great family milk cow.
