CZ model 1012 pheasants forever addition 12 Guage, this gun shoots well, it has been used has some slight blemishes, the worst being a little wood ear that broke off of the forearm (included in pictures) I'm selling because I am wanting a new shotgun and this is one of my guns I'm willing to part with, Comes with 5 choke tubes (Full, impmod, mod, impcyl, and cyl) and a plastic case the gun comes in.
