Rooks County Health Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee daily Surgical Department operations. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will help train and build a strong surgical team while collaborating closely with providers and hospital leadership.

Requirements:

·         Current Kansas RN license (or ability to obtain)

·         Operating Room experience required

·         Leadership or charge experience preferred

·         Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and regulations

·         Must pass POET, physical, and drug screen
