We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property while providing excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities

·         Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

·         Perform routine maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing such as replacing garbage disposals, toilet kit replacement and faucet replacement,

·         Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies including some painting)

·         Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections

·         Maintain grounds and common areas (mowing with riding lawn mower provided)

·         Sidewalk snow removal (snow blower provided)

Qualifications

·         Previous maintenance experience preferred

·         Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry

·         Strong troubleshooting skills

·         Ability to work appropriately 20 hours per week on weekdays. Work hours are between 8:00-5:00
