I have a vintage glass piggy bank. I believe it’s made by Anchor Hocking company. These were made in the 1940s or 50s. The outside of it is textured and is an amber color. These were made without any kind of a stopper. It just has the coin slot on top to put coins down into. Back then we were supposed to break these open to get the coins out however, if you’ve got a lot of patience, you can actually tip it back-and-forth and eventually start getting the coins to slide out the top which is how I got this one emptied lol! There are no chips or cracks or other defects on this item. It is located in McPherson Kansas. I’m asking $15 or best offer for it. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
