New battery installed, new over-running clutch on PTO shaft added, water temp & oil psi gauges added, new air filter, and engine oil and filter changed @ 235 Hrs.

Included in the sale or sold separately is a 40" LandPride brush cutting mower, and a 5' CountryLine back blade that are both in excellent condition, used very little.
