·         Read, interpret and understand specifications, scope, addenda, submittals and   construction schedules.

·         Project Support and Coordination

·         Documentation and Reporting

·         Quality Control and Safety Compliance

·         Project Schedule Management

·         Risk Management

·         Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills

·         Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
