• Sellers are contractually obligated to not bid on their items
• Payment: Due by Tuesday, March 24th at 5:00PM. Late fees of $25 per day apply to past due balances. Pay at our office Friday, Monday or Tuesday from 9AM-5PM.
• Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, ACH (electronic check, takes 24 hours to process - can pick up items after), Credit Card up to $3,000 (3% Fee), Wire Transfer ($20 Fee). Please call our office at 308-455-4410 if you would like ACH or Wire Transfer Instructions. 
• Picking up items: Items that are located at the seller's location and/or auction company needs to be removed within 14 days of the auction close. Please contact the seller and/or auction company to remove your items. If items are located at our auction yard, loading is available Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM.  All items must be removed in 14 days from the auction.
  • Items under $500: If not picked up within 30 days, ownership reverts to Seller with no proceeds due.
  • Items $500 or more: After 14 days, Seller may charge $25/day storage (capped at $500/item). If the item is not picked up within 35 days, Seller may relist it in the next Adam Marshall Equipment Auction, with resale proceeds (minus commission and storage) paid to the original Buyer.
