Teller-Bookkeeper-Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of retail banking functions, including teller transactions, new account opening and deposit operations support.  This position plays a key role in building customer relationships, ensuring operational accuracy and supporting overall branch performance.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

·Customer Service:

• Greet customers professionally and provide prompt, friendly service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently

·Teller:

• Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer daily
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks and other transactions accurately

·New Accounts:

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts to deposit customers
• Open and maintain retirement products, i.e. IRA, Roth, SEP
• Process account changes, debit card requests and online banking troubleshooting

·Bookkeeping:

• Perform daily branch proof and reconciliation tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with exception processing and transaction research

• Proficient in basic computer systems and banking software

Wage and Benefits

• Pay range of $19.00 - $22.00, based on experience
