I am selling an old motorhome that has a 454 Chevy engine that has only 49,000 miles. It also has a recently installed Turbo 400 transmission that has 125,000 miles on it. Engine was started 2 months ago and it runs great. You can easily pull the engine out the drivers door with a good engine hoist if you take out the drivers seat and the steering column. Good access to all fasteners. This barely broke in 454 would make your pickup into a monster for the next quarter of a million miles.

The motorhome itself is in good enough shape that it would make a decent guest house if you do a few repairs and plug it into a 30amp RV outlet.

The 19.5 tires all have like new tread and are not weather-checked.

To be roadworthy it needs a drivers side windsheild. It has  some bullseyes that the cops won't like.
