Legal Description:  A tract beginning 238’ North and 150’ West of the NE corner of Lot One (1), Block Ten (10), Ferrett’s Addition City of Logan, KS, thence running North 142’, thence West 150’, thence South 142’, thence East 150’ to the place of beginning, being a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Four (4) South, Range Twenty (20) West of the 6th P.M., in Phillips County, Kansas.
