Job Overview

Titan Building Systems is looking for reliable construction laborers to join our crew building steel buildings, hay sheds, shops, garages, and barndominiums across Central Kansas.

We work primarily in the agriculture and rural construction industry, building quality structures for farmers, ranchers, homeowners, and businesses.

We are looking for hardworking individuals with a good attitude and strong work ethic. General construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Higher pay available for experienced steel building crew members.

What You'll Do

• Assist with steel building erection

• Install metal panels, trim, insulation, and framing

• Assist with concrete prep and job site setup

• Assist with concrete pours

• Operate hand tools and power tools

• Work on ladders, lifts, and building structures

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

• General construction experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with steel buildings, pole barns, framing, or metal panels is a plus

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
