Position: Field Operations Lead (Part‑Time / As‑Needed)
Little Miss Rental LLC is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented individual to take the lead on field maintenance tasks. This role oversees day‑to‑day work, ensures jobs are completed safely and correctly, and provides direction to the Junior Field Assistant.
This position is ideal for someone with basic handyman experience who can take initiative and follow structured procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee field tasks and ensure safe, efficient work
- Direct and support the Junior Field Assistant
- Communicate with the CEO regarding progress and needs
- Collect required signatures on standard entry forms
- Complete property assessment forms
- Maintain field logs, time sheets, tool intake forms, and expense logs
- Return all field packets directly to the CEO
- Follow all entry and documentation procedures
- Maintain professional conduct with tenants and service providers

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Comfortable directing junior staff
- Able to lift, haul, and perform physical tasks
- Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Basic repair/maintenance experience preferred
- Clear communication skills
