We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Person to help keep our property in top condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and other miscellaneous upkeep and repairs. 

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Address plumbing and electrical issues promptly
- Repair and patch drywall
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
