This sale was huge! This is the last part of a retirement auction for two eBay sellers! Legacy Sales did the first one, followed by Junky Monkey with the second. That one is currently on now. What is left is all the property in the home! This little (big) hobby is selling all the office, lighting, packaging materials, shipping boxes, shelving, and inventory! We came across so much quality resaleable clothing that we took time to approach it differently than just “buying a closet full." We put men’s and women’s clothing, ties, and more into themes, groups, and categories. You may get a kick out of some of the creative names and ideas that the ladies thought of! We spent time on sorting by size as well. Look for the sizes on the lot cards in photos. There are a lot of Plus Sizes. This was a niche market for them and they sold well. You too could utilize these quality articles and earn some income as they did! Since they are finished, all must go! We have antiques, tools, shelving, and even more shelving! This is the auction to snag what you need for the garage, basement, or shop. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are located in an HOA community. Parking will require particular attention. There is ample parking in the center island on both sides. There is NO PARKING on the side of driveway/lawn. If you bring a trailer, there is room for only ONE at a time. That trailer will have to back into the garage for loading. You will have to wait until the prior one is loaded before re-entering the compound.
