Fort Hays Tech | North Central is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Custodian for the Maintenance department on the Beloit Campus.
 

This person must be dependable and a self-starting individual. The groundskeeper duties include general lawn care, mowing, edging, landscaping and trimming of trees.  Spraying, fertilizing, watering; general repairs of maintenance & equipment of the sprinkler system.  The custodian duties include; trash removal and cleaning of classrooms, offices, break areas, conference rooms, restrooms, windows and doors and building entry areas.  Carpet cleaning, floor striping and waxing.  Set-up and take down of tables and chairs for events.  Maintenance and repair of Custodial equipment.  Applicant will demonstrate a daily commitment to Fort Hays Tech North Central Mission, Vision and Values.
 

Position will begin as soon as a qualified candidate is hired.  Pay commensurate with qualifications. Applications will be accepted until a qualified applicant is selected.
