The sale will be held at 10:30 a.m. CST at the Ellis County Fairgrounds in Hays, Kansas, inside the Schenk Building. The property, located along Highway 40 on the north edge of Walker, Kansas, includes 146.46 acres of cropland and 163.84± acres of grass pasture, along with an older farmstead and outbuildings. The entire property will be sold together as a single tract, with possession granted at closing. This auction presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a diversified and productive farm with improvements.

The real estate will be offered in one tract only, with bidding procedures and increments determined by the auction company. Terms require a 10% down payment on the day of the sale, with the remaining balance due on or before June 10, 2026, or under terms acceptable to the sellers. Personal or corporate checks are accepted for the down payment, while the final payment must be made in certified funds, held by a designated title or escrow company.
