2001 Dutchmen 31' with a E450 van under it. 72,000 miles, not a single oil leak and it runs and drives like brand new. Triton v-10 auto. Cruise and ac work great! 
camper has an onan 4000 generator and it runs great and handles all this campers needs. The ac works perfectly and has brand new blower motor in it and it cools this whole camper very well.   The furnace is in perfect shape and works great! 6 gallon hot water heater works perfectly. 7.1 cu ft house fridge new last year. New toilet valve, 16' awning in great shape and maroon. This ole girl isn't perfect but functionally it is, it's nice inside, simple and cheap and easy to work on anything. It's a very solid and reliable camper even in the hottest days of summer
