I recently purchased the old Gaither building in WaKeeney to serve as the home for my CDL school. 

It’s a great big building with a lot of history, but since the school only needs one room to operate, I’ve decided to open up the rest of the space to our local business community.

I now have 4 private office suites available for rent!

Here is what’s included:

• Privacy: Every office has its own lock for security.

• Great Amenities:  You’ll have access to a really nice-sized break room, a full kitchen with refrigerators, and men’s and women’s restrooms.

• Flexibility: It’s a professional, quiet environment perfect for anyone needing to get out of the house or set up a permanent office in town.

One more thing: We have a very large room in the back with its own dedicated power. 

If any of you are looking for a bigger space for your business, let me know. If there isn't much interest in a full-time rental for that room, my plan is to convert it into a large conference room that local businesses can rent out on a daily basis for meetings or events.
