Building Maintenance Support

Assists with keeping facility and ground support, helpful if you have any previous electrical, HVAC, plumbing, grounds, maintenance type experience.

Groundskeeping, Cemetery Support

Complete assignments for mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed control, and landscape clean up for the areas of the campus.

Deals with planning with supervisor on approaching inclement weather (snow and ice removal.) Can assist with equipment to keep it operational and serviced.

Maintains the parking lots and surfaces that require paint or repair as requested by supervisor.

Mark stones as instructed, leveling ground, trimming trees, ect.

Custodian Support

Communicates work orders needed, supply re-orders that are needed,

Follow direction on maintenance, equipment upkeep, and annual or bi-annual projects like floor and tile refinishing.

Complete daily janitorial checklist, including cleaning restrooms, offices, tasks in grounds areas, as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
