Mobile Home Community in Great Bend KS is seeking a resident/live-in Groundskeeper/Remodeler/Maintenance Tech

Compensation:
- All bills paid Mobile Home/RV Camper will be provided in exchange for 20-30 hours/week
- Any hours after the 30 hours/week will be paid hourly (mutually agreed rate).
Duties include:
- repair and remodel RV campers/Mobile Homes
- back up and on-call for emergencies
- operating a zero-turn mower, edging, weed eating, hedge and bush trimming
- annual maintenance of lot upgrade that includes water lines/heat tapes, sewer, parking lot lights and pedestals.
- annual maintenance includes spraying for weeds, grass and insecticides; flush/test fire hydrants
- maintaining garden equipment; small engine equipment; water pumps; sewer pumps and plumbing equipment; and other general maintenance duties as assigned by property manager.
