• Serviced April 2026: Removed/washed/inspected the bearings and races. All were in good condition and were repacked with fresh grease and installed with new seals. Next we cleaned and inspected the brake assemblies. All work and are in good condition. We replaced and painted the hubs and replaced the rubber dust cap plugs. We mounted 4 new tires and aired all to 80 psi. A new spare mount was installed. Next we inspected the lights and wiring. All work. We greased the jack and all hinges. The cut gate needed a new latch/release for both inside and out-it was installed. We installed a new left hand shield in the back corner. We welded new 5/8 panel ties on the back corners. We installed an entire new rear gate assembly (including hinges and latches). We welded new gussets for the escape door and behind the cut gate. Also welded gussets on the floor around the corners of the fenders. All cracks in these areas were welded. The loose floor panels were welded in place. Trailer is ready to roll!
