Description
Russell Regional Hospital is seeking a Director of Nursing. Duties include: Supervise nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, managing scheduling and staffing, managing budgets, collaborating with leadership to promote excellent patient outcomes. Strong leadership, communication and clinical skills required. Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications are required or obtainable upon hire. BSN and leadership experience is preferred.
