Rooks County Health Center (RCH) is seeking a motivated and skilled IT End User Support Specialist to support daily technology operations across our healthcare organization. This role is essential in ensuring staff have secure, reliable, and efficient technology tools to deliver exceptional patient care. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripheral equiptment.
• Provide support for hospital applications, including the Health Information System (HIS). 
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate complex issues as needed. 
• Support network and system performance while maintaining current knowledge of evolving technologies and best practices. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong technical and customer service skills, with preference given to applicants with experience in:  

• Supporting Windows PCs, Macs, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related peripherals. 
• Networking concepts including routing, switching, firewalls, and client-server communications.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Google Workspace, and database management (MS-SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Scripting or automation to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
