This is how they moved grain a century ago.  In modern times this unit has been inserted into an area underneath a house and used to remove the dirt that was getting dug in order to make a basement.  An old friend dug two basements using this rig.  The electric motor needed is only a 3/4 horse sized unit.  A 2 inch ball hitch has been mounted to the lower end.  The lowering and raising mechanism still works well.  Even the tires have air, this unit is ready to head down the road to wherever.  This unit could even be driven with a small gasoline engine.  It can definitely remove a lot of dirt if you're any good with a shovel.  Thanks for looking.  Phone anytime; 785 657-0007.
