Description
47 unit housing complex is looking for a maintenance manager. Must have general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance. Must be able to pass background check, be honest, and trustworthy. Must be able to work independently, as a teammate, on call and be dependable on the clock. Be able to follow directions, be polite to residents and overall care. We need someone willing to be detailed and take that extra step. Must have reliable transportation and drivers license. Pay based on experience. Pickup an application at 202 N Elk M-F 8-12:30.
