This camper would be a great starter or if you are wanting to downsize! No slides! Second owners of this camper! This camper has been well taken of in the 3 years that we’ve owned it. Everything works as it should! Been through one minor hail storm that you will not notice until you are actively looking for the dents. Couch has always had a cover on it. Very minimal wear and tear on the inside. Shower has only been used to dewinterize and flush that line. Hot water heater works. A/C will freeze you out at 74 degrees, heater works wonderful. The awning is in amazing condition and has speakers at the end/top of the arms that can be bluetooth. No roof leaks, no holes. Tires are in great shape. Rear bunkhouse! Sleeps 6-8 comfortably! It is currently winterized. Stabilizer jacks replaced Winter 2024. We will leave lawn chairs, pots and pans, and some dishes for the next owner!
