We are a trusted, locally operated commercial HVAC service company serving the Hays and Colby, KS areas. We pride ourselves on technical expertise, responsive service, and long-term customer partnerships.
We are seeking a high-impact, field-based sales professional to own the full sales cycle for both preventative maintenance contracts and equipment replacement projects in our Colby territory.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business: Prospect and develop B2B opportunities with building owners and facility managers.
- Assessments: Conduct building walkthroughs and equipment surveys to identify customer needs.
- Sales: Present customized maintenance proposals and close HVAC project work (upgrades, retrofits, system replacements).
- Account Management: Act as the primary relationship owner to secure renewals and discover upsell opportunities.
- Operations: Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or facilities management is preferred.
- Skills: Proven ability to independently build a sales pipeline from scratch using consultative selling techniques.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable walking buildings, reading mechanical systems, and evaluating equipment.
- Travel: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Pluses: Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, property management networks, or technical certifications (NATE / EPA 608).
