Barton Community College looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer who thrives on helping others succeed while working with industry-leading equipment and technology. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate with CNH and local dealers to manage the equipment and materials needed for training programs, maintain training inventories, diagnostic laptops, proprietary software, and technical resources, and deliver engaging, hands-on service training that meets CNH standards. Beyond the classroom, you'll build strong relationships with dealers and serve as a trusted technical resource. This position will also assist the Commercial Driver’s License program by providing behind-the-wheel instruction that helps students gain confidence and real-world skills.
