This Living Estate is a treasure trove for every kind of collector and adventurer, nestled in the heart of Marquette, Kansas — home to the renowned motorcycle museum. Just a short drive away, you'll find the sparkling waters of Kannapolis Lake and the enchanting streets of Lindsborg, affectionately known as "Little Switzerland," where Coronado Heights Castle watches over the landscape. The homeowners, who were married right here in Marquette, poured their hearts into designing and building this residence, living here for half a century. Their legacy is one of service, dedication, and community spirit — from EMS and Fire to running their own successful local business. Kindly be aware: Over the years, the home has been enjoyed by smokers, and there is a noticeable musty aroma in the downstairs area. If you're particularly sensitive to odors, keep this in mind when you arrive to pick up your treasures. Among the estate’s offerings are vintage dressers—including one proudly stamped "Marquette KS"—an impressive collection of classic Tupperware and kitchen essentials, and racks of clothing with some rare vintage finds. To streamline the liquidation, some lots are generously sized, so shipping is not available and you must bring your own muscle for loading and transporting items. For those with an eye for history, several vintage and collectible pieces, cherished by their grandparents, are waiting to find a new home. Preview of the camper and van will only be Tuesday, June 9th. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you can't look at it and have questions, PLEASE DO NOT BID. If you cannot pick up during pickup times, PLEASE DO NOT BID. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material. Bring help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Once again, no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
This auction location is an hour and forty-five-minute drive. The ONLY time to see items will be during the scheduled preview time. All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyers must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.
