CROP INSURANCE: Crop insurance is carried through Farm Bureau in Syracuse, Kansas, and Seller will transfer the Landlord’s 27.5% share of the crop insurance to the Buyer at closing and Buyer will pay the Landlord’s 27.5% share of the premium and receive any benefits therefrom.
POSSESSION: Date of closing, subject to the tenant’s rights.
