Clinic Receptionist – Your First Point of Care
The Clinic Receptionist helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
- Answer and direct phone calls; schedule and manage appointments
- Use EMR for patient information and documentation
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing
- Ensure required forms and consents are accurate and complete
- Communicate effectively with clinic staff and support daily operations
