Up for sale is an original Third Reich era German Veteran's visor cap from the Nationalsozialistischer Reichskriegerbund (NSRKB / Kyffhäuserbund), dating to the late 1930s or early 1940s. This is a great, honest placeholder or restoration project for a militaria collector.

• ​Exterior: The dark navy blue/black wool crown retains excellent shape with only minor, typical moth tracking. It features the correct, factory-woven institutional center band with the repeating Kyffhäuser monument and swastika pattern.
• ​Insignia: Please note, the front metal eagle and cockade are missing. Fabric indentations and pinholes from the original insignia are visible on the front.
• ​Interior: Features a beautiful, vibrant blue silk/rayon lining. The clear celluloid sweat shield is 100% intact and protects a crisp, bright silver-foiled Deutscher Reichskriegerbund monument logo.
• ​Condition Notes: The tan leather sweatband has a split and has partially separated from the front brim area (see photos). Structurally stable for static display on a foam head.

​A wonderful piece of history with a stellar interior logo, just needing the right front badges to be complete again.
